Guys,
I have registered myself to participate in a marathon being organised at my office. September 15th is going to be the D-day. So I thought, why not use this opportunity to take out those running shoes and actually flex those muscles...more of move feet, pant like a dog..and run like a log!
But it is a fantastic opportunity to become fit and at the same time participate in a social event. I think it is better than keeping any personal goals, such a public event makes you more responsible and hopefully punctual. I am trying to keep a diary of my preparation for this run. Let me see if I last !
